Fraud

I submitted My complained on March 23rd and am still waiting for a reply. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours I shall have to take legal action.
In my e-mail ([email protected]) I attached a copy of my credit card statement indicating the fraudulent transaction. I again include this copy.
