I purchased 3year Avast internet security avast software on 12 or 13.3.13 for $129.99 by visa the money was taken from my account by DRI*AVAST Software orderfind on 14.3.13 effective 13.3.13 all i rceived was a 30 day free trial,this has now expired .On trying to update to full cover i was told by Avast sales team that there is no record of my email address or a regis number on their records and to contact Element 5 that they were the company using the above name to collect the money. I have done this but have not had any response. I was told this company is in Germany but i am not sure. If nothing has been registered i would like my money back Regards Ray
