Awoke to find my bank account had been debited £89.99 aprox $100 for something I never ordered or knew existed...what the hell is Mcaffee doing ???

I need receipts for payments made to your company from St. John Baptist Church. The receipts were for $309.87 & 226.32

Purchase the product on line, would not install, support could not fix it, asked for a refund and was actually charged twice. Called McAfee support and they stated I had to contact the seller as they were a third party. Mcafee shame on you. I was your customer.

Tried to buy McAfee antivirus on line but had problems getting the order form to take my information. Finally said to heck with
it and exited the site. Never got my order processed correctly and did not get any antivirus program to use. My credit card
account was credited for $42.43 for getting nothing from this company. I want my money credited back to my account, please.

i ordered totol protection 2015 on i had trouble getiing it to down load paid for teh servicce and when i called they wanted more money i said no i will buy a disk and do it cancelle my order she hung up on me and when i called right back a man answered said it was not the right number bottom of the line page was digital river inc my bank found it right away said they were part legal but i never got for what i paid for so i bought a used to be disk now they give yu a card i had no problems then so i have my totol protection but at a cost of 44.99 for nothing and the card i bought wasanother 64.19 so talk about way over paiding i have called about 5 numbers they keep giving me another number to call at this point i will never buy mcafee again i just want my money back i have been dealing with this sence the 30 of oct what a mess i want my money back in my account

If McAfee can not protect their own site how can they protect mine?

Ordered McAfee Virus Protection and my account was debited with the appropriate charge but there was no software to download.

I woke up this morning to find my credit card number had been stolen and MANY online purchase have been made. My bank account has been closed, my card deactivated, bank has been notified. Unfortunately, DRI*MCAFEE, INC. ORDERFIND.COM MN is the name listed on my online transactions. These purchases were made yesterday afternoon to this morning as late as 1030EST.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE ON MY AMEX ACCT. I ORDERED 1 YR PROTECTION.

After buying New Lenovo computer with free 30 day trial, I decided to buy a 1 year 3 PC license for €39.99. I apparently was cleverly lured into a McAfeestore.com site that ended up being DRI (Digital River Inc) ...VERY MISLEADING! I thought I was simply ordering from McAfee but have now been led to deinstalling my existing software as part of the installation of my new license which I never received. Now I don't have any AV software! I hoped to be able to access my email account (not advisable w/o AV software) to install via the link in the email I received, but I cannot access my emails now! A concerned about my credit card info which I now gave to DRI. Does anyone have anything positive to say about DRI?

I ordered on 11-01-20121, paid 37,47 euro and received an email but it installation don' t work, now you haven taken 79,95 from my account which I never gave you permission for it, please stop I don't want your Mc Afee protection.
