unauthiorized debits

For the last 3-4 months I keep on being debited R345. It is supposed to be an annual payment not monthly PLUS I cant access the account- it still shows I am on the free version. Please CANCEL all and refund the debits. I will rather find a better and more legit anti-virus and clean up.
