Reference # P1D9ZNJ3 for 124.29 ( Auto paid) 6-9-2021. On 6-7-2021 my computer said I wasn't protected, I then brought protection, which is installed on the system, I,m protected. Trend Micro has unauthorized charge my Discover card at the amount of $66.73. I tried to cancel my account. I no longer use this anti-viral software. My e-mail I use order Trend Micro no longer exist. They refuse to edit the e-mail I use to order.
The bottom line is that Trend Micro has undermine the ability of consumer to cancel anyones account. The big losers are the consumers who no longer use Trend Micro that are stuck the annual bill each year.

I didn't ORDER any software from TREND and still I saw a withdrawal from my MasterGold Card. I'm pissed, and will try everything to regain my amount!

On 8 Jan. 2011 and UNAUTHORIZED charge was made to my credit card account. I no longer want or need this product, nor did renew my subscription for the product.
