Drive time put me in a 2012 Ford fusion I had been making my payment on time or before time I received a few recalls after having the car for a month as so then I received a letter saying the air bags needed to be replaced it's been 2year still no replacement. I was hit by a car on March 3,2017 and spoke to bridgecrest about the problem they would call me over ten times and most of the time calling and not saying anything at all then hang up like why play on people phone at 6 am not cool so I was falling behind told them all my plans about making payment as I did.so I made a payment online and the text said thanks for your bridgecrest payment then they call me the following week like you didn't pay and we are putting the car on repo unless you pay $460 right now or by tomorrow but when I called back to give the $460 she like that was yesterday today we want $1,776.32 I'm like I don't have that she like well there's nothing I can do i hang up and call and speak to another woman she said 2nd you can pay $920 to cancel the repo man he was standing right next to me which I paid$920 and they want me to pay $500 on nov2nd to these people.Yesterday got a credit report and it said Bridgecrest charge off $16,000 I'm like wtf I still have the car but the car has so many issues but they put that on my credit so it's not going to be a walk I. The park to get another one I'm so upset I feel like I've been robbed and now when I go online I can't even log into the online account this is out of control
