Was trying to trade my car in because drive time refuse to do so . The vehicle has two recalls on it, sometimes it does not start, took it to several places they recommended and they found nothing wrong!! Key fob has not worked since 3 months after having.. And just found out it's only worth 2,500 !! Yet we owe bridgecrest 15,000 and they refuse to put us in something more reliable!! Never missed a payment!!! They want us to owe only 4,500 before they can help us trade it which would take more than 5 years on a vehicle that won't last another year!!! So frustrated and feel taken advantage of!!! What can do?
