The people who answer the telephones are very very rude, and even the supervisors. I call them about 8:00 this morning, requesting some paperwork to be faxed to my credit union. The 1st person that I spoke to, told me that he would get the paperwork faxed right away. I called a 2nd time, and then I was told that the paperwork to be faxed would be from 48-72 hours depending on the work load. I called for a 3rd time, and this person I spoke with said that there hasnt been anything notated, for any paperwork to be faxed. How ridiciulous is this? Customer service skills are very very poor, and needs to be improved tremendously!! The supervisors are even rude as well.. One of the girls I spoke with over the telephone, asked me for my name, what type of car I have, etc. So, I proceed to tell her my name and she tells me I beg your pardon???? Now this is down right rude, and noone should be treated like this or be talked to this rude over the telephone. I feel like I have been given the run-arounds, and been spoken to very rudely. Something needs to be done about this...
