I agreed a charge of $29.95 for software, they then took $49.95 from my PayPal account and ignored my complaint emails. Absolute rip off. Do not use these people you will lose money. Also the software is not very good

My husband purchased "drivers" for our computer that would allow his computer to hook up to the TV. The drivers did not work and the representative wanted my husband to pay another $199.99 for the tech to get the drivers to work...he did not buy the service. When I called Capital One to tell them our computer tech (local) said drivers were never sold...they are free on the internet...she tried to call the company on my behalf and was disconnected as soon as they knew what she wanted. She told me it was definitely a bogus company.
I think it is shameful that these people rip off unsuspecting customers....please track them down and stop them!!
