misleading tactic, not what I ordered

When trying to load my pictures from my phone to my computer the message was that I need to "fix" my outdated drivers, I selected a $9.95 option which then became a $39.95 option with a $10.00 bargain discount which then became a $29.95 purchase plus $9.95 to upgrade for two more years with a total being billed to my credit card in the amount of $39.92. I do not want this product nor do I wish to order from this company ever again.

I want the order cancelled immediately.
