It's been 4 years now that am working for this dealership and not getting any bonuses nor increase but we are registered on the union. You don't come for inspection I came to your offices but still the matter is not solved. You told us that a bonus it's a must for any employee who is registered under mibco. Our salaries are too less but we working like slaves and being treated like animals here.
