Drivetime sold me a lemon about 2-3 years ago and Ive been getting it fixed eversince.
The back window wont roll all the way down.
And when they sold it to me the transmission and the axle was broken, it took 2 months to fix.
I attempted to get a lawyer and sue but the lawyer fled away. I have evidence from pep boys and I bet Aeverex could pull up some calls about when I complained. Id like to join your lawsuit. The amount of coverage provided is too little. It is unethical to sell cars the way drivetime does to people who can barely afford to keep loan payed.
