I bought a vehicle from these crooks December 2014. I had just lost my husband and needed a vehicle to get to work with it now being only my income in the household. A few months after getting the vehicle my nightmare began. They changed there extended warranty company and never notified me, they changed to Bridgecrest and again I wasn't notified. Tried calling "customer service" and what a joke! You get NO help from them and they are very rude. After getting the run around several times about where to take my car to be diagnosed for problems I was having and also told they would pay for the diagnosis, that wasn't the case. Not only did I have to pay for the diagnosis but they denied fixing my car. Well this happened several times all within a years time. I asked them to work with me as far as my payments every month since I kept having to come out of pocket for getting the car fixed. This last time is what broke me, they wanted me to pay more every month to get "caught up". How can they expect me to do so when I'm also paying for a extended warranty and they keep denying all claims to fix my car. Well I started having transmission problems and once again they deny the claim to fix it so I'm not gonna continue to pay for something that I'm NOT getting. I'm paying for this warranty and it has never been a help to me. Then they send a detective to my house stating I need to call his office regarding repossession of my vehicle. You know what..... take your POS vehicle and shove it because you guys are the biggest ripoff scams. Please sign me up for any and all lawsuits regarding this company.
