Lemon car

I purchased purchased a car from DriveTime nine months ago and it been nothing but problems since day one. I started off with a 2008 Honda pilot. I have that car all of three days and had to take it to the mechanic. The first car that gave me head to busted head gasket so I took the car back to drivetime and got a 2009 Chevy Traverse. After having a car for less than a week the power will go out on a car the voltage on the battery will go up and down in the car was slow down while driving on the freeway or on the street and it kept doing that so I took the car in. I was told that I had a bad battery. They changed it out but I still had issues with the car keeping power. After taking the car to the shop I was told to take it to the dealer ( I don't have 200 .00 laying around) so I jjept a close eye on it. The next issue that I have with the car was with the car jerking and whenever I'm a left-hand turns people grind and the RPM which is red out of control and then car would jerk extremely bad to the point where I had to tap on the gas pedal off and on up to five minutes for the car to get its bearings and be drivable again. So I took the car back to the shop and after 3 hours I was told that there is some type of bulletin out in the car has issues with carbon buildup and spark plugs and coils going out and timing belt issues as well and I was recommended to go to the dealer. The warranty approved for me to take my car to dealer I took it the next ( I missed a day of work) and had to get a rental car. So have having my car there for a week and was getting the run around about what was going on with my car, I was told by the dealer it could be either the transmission or I would need a whole new engine. So am I right in this you may ask? Well after having my car at the dealer for a whole week I was called back and told all the warranty said you need to do this quote on quote standard maintenance on the car which is changing the spark plugs and oil change. I was also told that the warranty said to do that first and if the problem persists and take it back to the dealer and have them run yet another diagnostic on the car and see what. After getting the runaround from the warranty I called Bridgecrest to financial company and their response was so when you think you're going to pay your car note and I told them what I have a working car. I proceeded to ask the gentleman Cameron on the phone house that you guys stay that you would throw in for inspection on the car before you sell them but yet I'm having all these issues with the car and they're not even sure if that is the problem with the car he tells me what things happen and there's depreciation after nine months. Not on spark plugs. I proceeded to tell him that you guys are not doing throw inspections because if you were I wouldn't be having all these issues with this car after only only in it for 9 months and Cameron's response from Bridgecrest told me basically that if we were to do everything to the car that basically means we're giving you a new car. I told him no, you guys are going your job by making sure you sale reliable working cars not the piece of crap that you just brush off and rush off and give people and then they have all these issues they have to deal with and you're going to department does not keep their word and they won't help with repair anything but you expect us to pay this car note every two weeks or once a month. I asked Cameron where do you think all this money was going to come from I have to hook up the bill to get the diagnostic paid for it I have to find a place to repair the car I have to look for the estimate I have to get the rental all this money I'm paying upfront and nobody is talking about helping me or getting the warranty to help pay partial or cover the Diagnostics or anything are you guys worried about his when you going to get your next payment on a car that's not functional that is not. DriveTime sold a lemon plain and simple. I was told to hold on to my receipts and present them to them once everything is said and done and they can look into the hardship of what I'm having for getting all this work done and try to work out some type of deal for me to pay a lump sum to get the car caught up. This is crazy. I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this. They don't care how they treat people or the quality of cars that they sale. They think are bleeding money, they expect payment for a vehicle that just doesn't work from the time you take it off that lock and you continually have problems with it and they don't want to help you try to come up with any solutions on how to rectify the situation and get you a car this afternoon so you can do things like go to work to make money to pay them so you can have a vehicle to get around. Something has to be done about this. Please add my name to the class action lawsuit.

Lemon Honda

I purchase on 05' Honda Accord in March 2015. A few months after having the car, I already started having problems with it. The transmission had already started slipping along with some other issues as well. Everything was supposed to be covered under my warranty still so I took it to one of Drivetime's approved shops, which happened to be a Pep Boys. I told them exactly what was wrong with it and they kept telling me it wasn't what I thought it was (I'm sure they thought I didn't know much because I'm a female). They did some minor repairs, but did nothing about the transmission. When I took it back to them, they gave me the same story and dealing with them and getting ANYTHING covered under the warranty was hell so I eventually just took it to my own personal mechanic. He confirmed the transmission needed to be completely replaced. I have tried to contact Drivetime and the warranty people several times, but only got the run around and generic answers. Now that I have just passed my warranty mileage, the transmission has completely failed and I am having to come out of pocket to fix this piece of junk that I am stuck with. I will NEVER buy anything through Drivetime again, and I highly suggest nobody else either. They will take your money and leave you stranded.

Please add me to the class-action lawsuit as well.
