My husband and I were sold a lemon. We have went back to drive time shortly after purchasing the car because we took the car into an actual Ford delearship due to a recall. When they ran the vin we were told the car had been in a previous accident. When we got home and compared the car fax papers the one drive time gave us was a half sheet with the accident info ripped off and the new manager at drivetime said we initialed the carfax paper. I was told by the workers at ford, you always sign the car fax not initial. As young first time buyers we were tricked into buying this car. It had a hesitation that the sales rep told us was normal for this make/model. Since then we have had to fix multiple problems on the car. I don't want anyone to have to go through the stress I went through with this company.
