The subframe is messed up when i got it

I paid for this car on 7-6-19 a week and 3 days later i call drive time & told them that something was wrong with this car.So i was told to take it to minike car so i did two times & they said that the car has been in a wreak & the subframe is bent.Now i talk to about four people at customer relations & They got pictures of the damages,but now they want me to take the car to a body shop. Well i work & i can't.keep on taking off work they know the problem & got the pictures, i just want another car or all of my money back & i think this is fare to all. I'm not going to keep running around in a dangerous car. I hope you all can fine a solutions to this real problem. Thank you.
