Ripoff - Malfeasant - Non-Paying

David Fultz of Drive Velocity / DriveVelocity has defaulted on payment for Services Rendered in the amount of $3750.00. David mismanaged his team, was unable to complete and understand the products & services he represents, and repeatedly displayed a scary lack of self-control, and anger.
