unauthorised charges

Unauthorised Charge - $USD 199.00

I wish to complain that there was an unauthorised charge to my HSBC Visa Credit Card 4946 0405 0032 4462 on 6-14-18. Please credit the amount back to my HSBC Visa Credit Card account as I did not make any request for products or receive any goods. I would consider such charges are fraudulent. Tseung
