Unjustifiable bill

Hi, My name is Joshua I'm in the south of Johannesburg, my wife have been having a with getting the matter between Multichoice & ourselves. We have stopped services with Multichoice in April 2018 in the same Month we paid R900.00 & odds in respect of our DSTV account which is under my wife's name Christine. We know that we are in credit for that same amount which was confirmed by Multichoice. We were surprised early this year that we owe Multichoice over R1000.00 and no one can justify the R1000.00. 1st no can owe Multichoice if you don't pay they will cut service and we know that we must pay upfront.
