Pls, help me to rectify this issue. I just used my smart card 10433185567 to subscribed not just 30 minutes but not successful. Pls rectify. Thanks from ebony.

DSTV NOW

My name is Lasbery Nnadozie a primium subscriber with smart card extra view exploration 1025394712 of DSTV Nigeria . I live in Port Harcourt. I have been paying 16800 for my monthly subscription but I my subscription still expires on the same day please I want a refund of the extra paid over 3 months. Secondly my DSTV now does not work why is some one using my account I can not use DSTV now as a premium subscriber!!
