I have a problem with dstv. I paid the R530.00 on the 26th of April via eft... They disconnected my account saying I have reversed the money. Firstly that was an eft payment I cannot reverse it. I went to FNB to check if they reversed the money. FNB did not reverse the money and they gave me proof which I sent to [email protected]... Itumeleng Selialia responded to my query saying they have allocated the money but they keep disconnecting me. I called the call center and I spoke to more that 5 people and they all kee asking me same things and they keep escalating this issue but it never get resolved. I spoke to more that 5 people again on dstv facebook DM, they do the same, escalating but never come back to me. Currently my dstv is disconnected and I dont owe dstv because the money shows that it was paid from my bank statement and it never came back to my fnb account. Please assist me because now I have paid again on the 25th of May but still my service is disconnected. I dont know what to do anymore, please help me get my money back if dstv does not want me to use their services
