unable to pick up calls coming from a private number

DSTV Connection Continuously Faulty !!!! Smartcard number 4289 4504 424 / Serial number MSC IS7 V101669514 X 5

It is to my empathy and disgust as you can see by the subject that I am furious with your level of service .I have been calling your online customer care on a regular basis with regards to my parents DSTV Connection being faulty. The decoder switches of and constantly loading for days ever since the installation. The responds I get from your online customer care is that I should go back to the place where it was bought. I am in and out of SA and is currently in London only to find out that my elderly senior citizen parents which are pensioners at the moments is again without a connection. It’s our holy month of Ramadan and my parents is unable to follow the Muslim brought cast .

What is happening in SA they don’t value their clients and I am disgusted for the way this has been dealt.

Now my parents is out of warranty because of numerous occasions trying to get a technician to come and have look at the problem it just have escalated to having no connection .The online customer care have informed me we should have a technician to the property at our own expense which we don’t mind but the installation was not done properly the 1st time round why does this become our problem.

Like I said I am in London and have no problem escalating this concern to your head office and make them aware of how you treat senior citizen .
I am sick and tired of contacting your office who is going to reimburse me on my cell phone costs that I used to hold on to speak to someone and were put on hold for your problems, my diesel that I drove up and down to dstv, my time and my emotional distress because of your POOR, POOR Service. I myself had upgraded with the explorer and was going to upgrade my parents as well but if this is the kind of service you provide your customer. Make me feel like not to want to be in connection with you guys


Can you please address this with immediate effect as the result of your negligence my parents is without any connection
Please make this complaint as a priority as I don’t want to sit with a complaint reference number with no responds.
