Multichoice terminated my service without a reason. when I call them they told me that I've made a late payment.

My explora has not worked properly since i've purchased it. It has been switched out, mutliple installers has come out, and it still gives me problems. It constantly reboots, I can't make season recordings, my catch up and box office constantly reloads- to the point where I can't use it, I am definately not getting the same programs on catch up as some of my friends who has explora, my signal is constantly distorted to the point where certain channels are unwatchable, I have phoned in for support so many times that I know exactly what the lady is going to tell me to do.

I need this fixed or my money back.
