Non-delivery
Good day,
On the 19th December 2016 I ordered and paid for a DSTV Explorer through the FNB reward system. Payment was made partly by reward credits and by credit card facility.
Delivery was awaited and by the 28th December since no delivery of my paid for item was indicated I raised a query - the only response was a confirmation of my query. No further email and no telephone call was made at all since and to date 3rd January 2017 I have not been afforded the courtesy from FNB to revert regarding the delivery of my DSTV Explorer.
This is absolutely unacceptable to offer a service and not deliver. I paid for the item and still have not received it.
This is what makes people loose trust in their banks and become totally frustrated.
I believe DSTV should be made aware of this ridicoulous service offered by FNB.
