On December 2018 i applied for price lock whereby i will cost me 1008 for every month the installation went on 5 January 2019 there after i was advised that i hv to pay 568 on the 17 of January which was not mentioned after the installation ohk i payed amounts of 1300 for past 3month so that i can go back on track ever since tht day i hv been a good payer but am setting with a problem my services where suspended on the 23 of October 2019 i tried calling dstv customers services they told me that they gonna send my details to relevant department and those people will call me even today am sitting with a decoder thts not workin nw my acc num is 105173788
