Misleading information and prices

My connection has been disconnected because a consultant I spoke to by the name Zonke in multichoice at Randburg gave me false information about payment dates. He/she advised me to pay R200 for reconnection and my monthly debit order would take place on my paydate which is the 20th, however I am now disconnected and cannot afford to pay the R200 more they are requirering. I was given false information and incorrect prices from even your own website, your website prices don't correspond to real prices which is also fake sales luring people
