Re: account which is not resolved

Good day

I have been complaining to multichoice about my account. Their account department is a .
mess. My account is now 7000 . I have not used my account for the whole year. I phoned and I was given a ref that the account department will call even now no one has contacted me.ref. no. INC-63124. I was told tha they would phone me within 30 minutes even today.
