BAD ACCOUNTING

DSTV

I STILL WAIT FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
1. HOW CAN YOU GIVE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OWNING OF R836.00 AND R798.10
2. MY SUBSCRIBTION IS R599
3. HOW CAN YOU SAY THE ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS WHEN YOU CREDITED THE ACCOUNT JUST LAST MONTH???
4. Supposed you credit for only one month (which is wrong) then my account would have been in arrears by R200 not 700 or 800 as you now alleged

DSTV DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AND USED THE MONEY TO PAY THE ACCOUNT OF SOME ONE ELSE. THIS HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS.

AFTER MANY MONTHS OF ANGRYNESS, EMAILS, AND STRUGGLES, DSTV FINALLY REALIZED THEIR MISTAKE AND SAID THEY WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
NOW A MONTH LATER THEY SUSPEND MY SERVICE SAYING THE ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS.
Please reactivate my signal my account is R9000 (nine thousand rand) in ADVANCE and I refer to your email dated 9 September 2016

Those amounts was meant for another account as you yourself indicated in your email dated: 2016/08/30 2:39:50 PM

You have credited my account a month ago!!

MY CONTRACT IS FOR R699 EACH MONTH. I HAVE CANCELLED THE DEBIT ORDER WITH ABSA AND IS PAYING BY EFT.
THE REASON WHY I CANCELLED THE DEBIT ORDER WAS TWO FOLD:
1. I HAVE CHANGED BANKS FROM ABSA TO FNB
2. TO STOP DSTV FROM DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT TO CREDIT THE ACCOUNT OF ANOTHER UNKNOWN PERSON

IF YOU BACK TRACK ON THIS VERMEULEN PERSON ACCOUNT YOU WILL SEE THAT ALL THE PAYMENTS CAME FROM MY ACCOUNT.

On 21 November 2016 You sent me an email saying that you called me. This is absurd and a lie. I changed my number with DSTV by email on Friday 2016/09/02 04:02 PM. I NEVER received such call as you alleged.

Since the deactivation of my signal DSTV avoid me. They avoid my emails also. I don’t get any replies for two weeks now.

IF MY KITCHEN IS DIRTY DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE MAD AT YOU? NO OF COURSE NOT. THE SAME WAY YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO SUSPEND MY SIGNAL BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS IN A MESS.
