Repeats and poor quality op programs during festive season

I have been a Premier Subcriber for 15 years. I previously complained about poor service during festive season and particulary Carte Blanche where all employees go on holiday in Decmber/January and Easter and subcribers are presented with repeat and generally poor quality pre-recorded stuff. My complaint was treated with total arrogance and George Masarakis the boss of Carte Blanche arrogantly responded that they will continue to take leave over holidays and in any event they receive many awards for the quality of their programs...what utter arrogance, the festive season is when most of the entertainment industry put forward their A Game and pull out all the stops to entertain, not DSTV who dish up almost exclusinely repeats refer Discovery, National Geographic etc. Repeat after repeat.
One can sense that more and more subscribers are unhappy about what is currently being dished up as entertainment unfortunately DSTV/Multichoice are responding to crticism with growing indifference but the writing is on the wall.

Repeats on Primetime/Catch up downloands

Since when do M-Net Show re-runs in prime time. (Blacklist, NCIS Los Angeles, Limitless, Dr. Ken (One episode 3 times in 7 days primetime) and Grandfathered. We pay a lot of money a month for DSTV and at least M-Net was the one channel that did not repeat a series and now they start doing as well and in prime time.......this is not ON!!!!!!! Then there is Catch Up which has had a problem for weeks now......what is going on at Multi Choice....Do you have the same management as SABC or what. When will the catch up program start downloading correctly. I phone last weekend and they said they are working on it. The programs on catch up are still not downloading correctly. I am realy getting fed up with this now.
