For the past 2 months, I have been having a problem with my dstv subscription. Every week my service is disconnected and I have to call into the call centre to have my services reconnected. I'm being charged everytime for reconnection. Every time I call, the agents are so incompetent, they cut my call. I have to keep calling back, Dstv is not compensating me for that. Everytime I call, I'm given different reasons for the disconnection. This is frustrating, is there no competant people working at Dstv to resolve my problem.

I have been calling for over 2 months now just to fix my account for the Special on R599.00 a two month special, since than I have spoken to may consultants but to no avail. Hence an e-mail now. You billed me the normal subscription for DSTV Premium.

Really this is frustrating and I intend cancelling my whole subscription as I am spending more time on the phone to try and fix an accounting error on your part. One consultant told that this will be fixed in an hour, hence the same balance comes up as R525.45 & NO CREDIT OFF R190 as promised by various consultants, Really this is now frustrating

Please fix this and at least reply or sms me, BE ACCOUNTABLE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY PLEASE
