What exceptionally terrible service from DSTV Multichoice. We decide to upgrade to the Explora, we contact Multichoice call centre who gives us one promise and undertaking, then the branch is not forthcoming at all and treats us like liars and common criminals. We contact the call centre and insist on dealing with a supervisor and after thinking "yes" this will get corrected eventually then all that happens is all the emails and phone calls now gets ignored.
Its as if they know you are contacting them but choose to ignore you in the hope that you will go away.
Terrible and unbelievable....
