Payment refund
I made a payment in error to Multichoise DSTV I reported the payment made to them and according to the consultant at the call centre i would have been refunded with in 7 working days. Today is now the 9th day and when i phoned DSTV call centre they forgot to tell me that i need so submit other documentation and that it would take another 7/14 working days to pay me back. That is uneceptable i need this to ve sorterd today. If they told me that the first time i phone i would have done what was needed.
