I was offered a Price Lock Promotion from DSTV that I considered because it was a lower amount that I normally pay and it was offered that I could add my 2 excisting Decoder as Extra view devices. this was confirmed by a DSTV consultant on the 12 of December.

The DSTV installer (TV Tronics) had every excuse in the book to make me pay for the installation, the instalalion voucher expired, there is need for a new LNB, there need more cables and then the final straw was I cannot connect my current decoders.

I contacted DSTV who confrimed this, my account is now double the normal amount bacause I am paying for 2 services - WHAT THE HELL.

This is a disgrace!!!! Now wonder people are leaving the DSTV Subscriptions and move over to Netflix
