deduction without any explanation

M.M.Mohohlo , I have recently joined in the Dst4v Price Lock plan contract according to the contract R539 is payable for 24 months. I joined on the 13 of February 2017 and on the 15th of March 2017 R749 was deducted from my bank account, I called in to complain and no proper explanation was given to me as a customer ,they said they will call me after 24 hours as my claim will be escalated to the price lock but no one bothered to get back to me . On the 17th of April 2017 R916 was deducted from my account again I called non stop speaking to different people and no action has been taken ...DSTV HAS FAILED ME DISMALLY AND I AM TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE THIS.. WHY IS THE CONTRACT SAYING R539 BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY MORE MONEY GET TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT......( cellphone number 0785137233 email [email protected])
