Activating of Router

I have applied for the Dstv Router on the 19th of March of this year. The Router were only delivered to me on the 8th of June.
I gave Multichoice all the relative information to activate the MTM Simkaart and transfer my Data as per our agreement.
As of today the 18th, I can still not actvate my Television and Cellphone Handset to make use of the Data. My account with Multichoice are fully paid up to date, but the service I am getting from help@dstv are very poor, and some instances nothing at all. For the latest incident, the called me on a Sunday, yesterday the 17th, with a promise to call me back at 15H00, as I were not at home. This did not happen. I did send them a follow up email this morning with the hope to get some positive information to help me.
