Multichoice suppose to debit R519 but they debited R2860 and i dnt know its for what and ive been trying to contact them so since they said my quiry has been escalated to price lock department so i must wait for their responce so i wonder hw long wil i wait wheres my kids are suffering so this service its full of shit n disgusting

note that I have subscribed to DSTV Price lock for a 24 month period at 885.00 zar. for November DSTV double debited me and in October I was Billed incorrect amount. the call center for DSTV was not helpfully at all and was expecting a call from them and nil received.

I complained for two weeks almost everyday each time my services terminated between the dates 12 May 2017 until 22 May 2017 my Compact package services being terminated and each time consultants promising that the reconnection will be permanent as the switching over of my subscription to Premium package which was confirmed to be a
mistake on their side.
Dstv continue to battle fixing this issue and they each time promise they are working on it and immediately re activate my services as I am a paid up subscriber and this is unfair treatment of consumer and Im gona demand for a month subscription as a result of this careless ill-treatment and demand that this issue be resolved as a matter of urgency.
