No connection to live streams

There is just about never a connection?? Reasons given are too many viewers at a given time. This is not good enough. As a premium customer i will have to start looking at alternatives.

As a family we enjoy watching sport on supersport on DSTV because it is a safe environment that we feel is also relaxing and fairly informative. We are very very conservative and strict on television for ourselves and our kids, sport is the only television they may watch.

Then tonight, Saturday 20 January 2018 at about 19:10, while watching the Australian Open, there is a commercial for 1M channel for "'The River" with SHOCKING quick succession scenes of violence full of hatred and criminal violence and suicide, while our 2 and 4 year olds are watching. There is a scene of a lady tied up and a big tractor half a metre from her to run her over, another scene of a woman holding up a revolver underneath her chin, and other scenes besides. How does one remove such scenes from a child's mind??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is enough that we live in a hatred and crime filled country.

Please do not begin to show television series commercials of other degraded tv channels on a safe and wonderfully fun family type channel. We have never had an issue like this before on Supersport.
