Dear Enoc Customer Service Team,
I would like to inform about a negligence of fuel refiller.
When i saw the station was not busy and the Refiller stood at first lane, I parked the car At first lane where The car fuel cap opposite of the Enoc fuel tank.
The person told his card was not working and told " go to the last lane". I went but no one is coming. Then i was calling and requested please come early and refill. Meanwhile 12 minutes delayed unnecessarily.
I observed the refiller was playing from first time as my fuel cap opposite of tank and his negligence even after i went to last fuel tank row. Notably, the fuel station and the refiller was not busy during the time.
I always come to Enoc with my private car as well. I hope the refiller will not neglect or play in accordance with car color or someone's job criteria.
