Misrepresentation of the Brand

Dear Complaint Board,

Easylife (a marketing company in the UK, contact is [email protected]) is selling Duracell AA & AAA batteries, their catalogue shows a picture of the real product. However, we are receiving "Procell' Batteries, not the Duracells we ordered.

We contacted Easylife who advised us that Procell is a genuine Duracell product.

Hope you can clarify this for us,
