concerning E-GO transport or CLC Deliveries Pty Ltd

After logging on and paying for a consignment to be collected, I was informed the delivery was completed. I hired plant and then travelled 380 KM to collect the item only to be told it had not arrived. After many emails and much toing and froing, nothing has been resolved After searching I have found out that the item has not been collected and is incurring storages costs against me. Renewed repeated attempts to contact them remain unanswered. One email says one thing, another says something different, neither of them true.
