I am a regular user of OCBC Credit card and Easicredit member. As I do not need the easicredit service, I wanted to terminate the account. I tried calling every night for the past 5 days. Each call is repeated for many times over hours. When I arrived at the final stage of the call, it prompts that the executive is busy and I was asked to hold. I hold for half an hour with no response. I felt being a fool after played by OCBC with so many hold on. Is your executive hanging up the phone or the system has no executive. It is most frustrating believing OCBC receive all the service excellence award. This service sucks.
My easicredit account no: 612806729001, Can you please cancel my easicredit account with immediate effect and reverse the annual fee.
