I have 2 business accounts with BB&T. I have overdraft protection set up where funds are pulled from my business credit card to my business checking account. This is supposed to take care of any overdraft fees that would be charged to my account. For the past 4 years maybe 5 they have been charging me overdraft fees still to my account. I have contacted different reps at the bank on many occasion's. They tell me they are looking into it, and yet no one has gotten back to me. There are thousands of dollars that I have been charged that I have not should of been. Someone needs to look into this.
