unathorized charges

I have been charged $14.95 for 5 years. Numerous times I have filled out information, called and spoke to an associate, and still I have been charged monthly. The credit union I bank at, said I cannot put a stop payment on the charge. Easy Savers has to do it from there business. I went again to the website today to try one more time, and when you click on the items on the page, it goes no where. Please help
