unfairly treatment of workers

We pay 480.00 for transport and they treat us like trash as we pay transport I have permanent site I work on but they pick up me to different site where they tell me that its a self post imagine I cried today after they posted me 20kms away from where I stay I complain I was promised to be fired on the 29th July 2016
