Ebay seller Radiancesells has contacted my private email with a very nasty email: This was sent yesterday, I have reported it and they said nothing could be done, the seller had my feedback removed in a complaint against me. I did nothing wrong other than ask for a refund on postage I had to pay for when the package arrived because the Postal Service said this package shouldn't of been sent media mail, because it was and electronic. Postage due was 6.09 , which I finally did get . but attached to this email are the email exchange through ebay and the other that we received through my husbands email last evening. I called after the email came in and was told just to delete the email and block the seller. I as a buyer should have rights to ? My package was held up 8 days longer and postage due when I received because he mailed it improperly. Who at ebay gave them my husbands personal email? Everyone I talked to on the phone said their was nothing to be done. This seller (Raniancesells) should have some kind of action or suspension for his rude and crude behavior. Here is the attacked email sent at 5:42 pm., after I spoke with one of your ebay representatives at 4:11 pm:
