Ecco golf shoe soles disintegrated on 3 pairs. Had a Nike pair
Stored in golf bag same way Ecco were. Nike pair in great shape. Took them to golf store- how long have you had them!
What is Ecco doing about this issue?
After 3 pair disintegrated on the golf course on 2nd hole, played in Birkenstocks. Just purchase 2 new pair of FOOTJOYS.

I have purchased Ecco shoes for a number of years, and having had the soles of a pair of hiking boots turn to sticky goop following a trip to Colorado, I believed that it was an unfortunate occurrence possibly due to a chemical that I may have encountered. I prepared for a trip to New Mexico last Monday and laced up a pair of boots that have been worn in frequently and before I had walked form the house to the garage, I realized that portions of my left heel were being left as small pile of decay on the floor.I now know that this is a common failure and am most disappointed in the company who have obviously been aware of the problem for years.
