I pulled my Ecco ankle boots out of the closet to wear them to a concert and noticed they were leaving unusual scuff marks on my kitchen floor. I examined the soles and noticed that the heels were in bad shape, which was surprising considering that I only wear them a few times a year. I decided to wear them anyway and by the time I got home the heels had completely disintegrated down to the nails! I see a lot of similar complaints on this board and wonder if the company could possibly still be getting away with this. Why are they still in business?
