Size 40 Ecco shoe Mens
I bought the pair of Ecco shoes in Singapore. I am a regular buyer of the brand and always found the shoes & sandals, comfortable and durable. To a great extent water tight as well.
I was appalled to see the way in which this particular shoe started to disintegrate. At first i did not notice the disintegration but felt awkward while walking and that's when i discovered. As you can see from photo the shoes upper is fine and it is comfortable and fits well. My complaint is that an expensive pair of shoes like that the sole should not be disintegrating. I accept wear and tear by usage. This is clearly a manufacture defect or defective material. I am willing to buy the same pair of shoes online with a store credit covering cost of shoe and shipping, provided the company can assure me that this pair will not disintegrate. If not I would have yo re-think future purchase of Ecco shoes as a brand.
