My lovely Echo sandals have just DIED!! I had just returned from shopping when I noticed some bits of black rubber on the floor? I was devastated to find they were from my sandals, the heel had fallen apart, but not really surprising when I realised it had been HOLLOW!
I have had Echo shoes in the past, one pair I wore regularly and they lasted more than 10 years! These sandals I do not wear often, as you could see if it were possible to send the photos I have , but sadly it is not possible on your site!? If you would like to see them please send me a site that I can download them on.
I always thought Echo were wonderful shoes, what has happened to you? How could you let such a great product go so badly down hill?
I would like a refund please as it is totally impossible for me to ever wear these again, what a disappointment!
