No delivery no update

EHA 08 243 629 3MY

Hand over to counter at balakong since 1st Nov. Today is 6th Nov. Still no delivery no update nothing can trace . So did the item still around or lost ? Or should I make a police report regarding lost or item been stolen in pos laju ? Or need to make a complaint also in HQ office ? Please advise.
